#37 how to take big leaps in 2018 and have more by doing less
With JD Founder, Alyssa--One of the biggest questions people ask me is, "How did you do it?" They are always referring to how I found the confidence and courage to take BIG leaps, such as creating a product, launching a podcast, leading a yoga retreat, leaving grad school, and now opening the Self Care Collective online membership. And when I sat down to really think about 2017, I realized that this year was full of big "leaps of faith," and it got me thinking, what is my recipe to leap? This week I break it down for you to take your own in the New Year, and I also reflect on 5 of my biggest lessons from 2017.
And what's my motto for 2018? Have more by doing less. I chat about why this is speaking to me right now and how it might relate to you as well.
