We all have an inner critic that wants to make us believe that we are anything but awesome, because the moment we call it out, your inner critic can't live anymore. It would have nothing left to feed of without your self doubt and negative thoughts about yourself and others.

To be honest with you, I'm so hard on myself. Although I am an overall confident and positive person, I am CONSTANTLY comparing myself to others and it makes me feel like crap. Social media doesn't help. One minute I'm up, and then I'm down. I struggle with enoughness and often feel like I'm chasing the answer to the validation and love I seek.
